How it works

This page describes the full journey of a clip and the data handled at each stage. It is written for curious creators as much as for teams evaluating the platform.

What happens when you sign up

You give your Twitch channel name and authorise publishing to your TikTok account through TikTok's official login screen. In return we receive an access token limited to content publishing. That token is stored encrypted and is used only to publish your own clips.

No TikTok or Twitch password is ever entered or stored on our side.
The token can be revoked at any time from your TikTok account settings.
At sign-up you choose whether your best moments may also appear on our curation accounts. That choice is optional and reversible.

During the stream

The system connects to your channel's public chat and measures the message rate. No video is recorded at this stage: only text activity is analysed, in memory, to spot spikes.

Public chat is read only, like any viewer.
Messages are not retained after analysis.
Video content is not analysed during the stream.

After detection

The passage is retrieved through the Twitch API, edited, subtitled, then placed in your queue. The video file is stored on our servers only for as long as review and publication require.

The file is deleted as soon as it is published or rejected.
Unprocessed clips are purged automatically after a few days.
You can delete a clip yourself at any time from your dashboard.

At publication

The clip is sent to your TikTok account through the official Content Posting API, at the scheduled time. Caption and hashtags travel with it.

Published under your name, on your account.
Statistics for your published clips appear in your dashboard.
If a publication fails, the clip is kept and you can retry.

If you stop

Deleting your account immediately stops monitoring, revokes the TikTok token and erases pending clips.

No commitment period.
Deletion requests handled within thirty days at most, usually well before.
You can also simply revoke access from TikTok, which stops all publishing.
