One address for everything: questions, technical problems, billing, and requests about your data.
We reply within 48 working hours, and within 24 hours for subscribed creators.
First check in your dashboard that the TikTok connection is still active: a revoked token blocks all publishing. If access is active and the problem persists, send us the identifier of the clip concerned.
Detection depends on chat activity. If your channel was just added, let a full stream go by. Also check that the channel name in your settings matches your Twitch channel.
In your TikTok settings, under authorised applications, remove the access granted to the app. Publishing stops immediately, with nothing else to do.
Write to us from the address linked to your account, stating your request. We delete the account, the token and any pending clips, and confirm back to you.
The terms of service and the privacy policy describe in detail the platform's commitments and how your data is handled.
